There's just no escaping it this weekend. All the more reason to start following (if you haven't already) Over the Moon, wedding blog numero uno, as it details any and every Royal Wedding-related moment. These collages are a product of my dreaming up different looks for the soon-to-be Princess Meghan with OTM, which has cataloged the fashion of the monarchs - both present and future - here.
Truth be told, guessing what Markle will be wearing tomorrow makes me feel like I'm taking a multiple choice test, and no amount of preparation will suffice. I blame this stress-inducing Town & Country article and the fact that I'll have to set my alarm for 2:00 am (ermergawd what if I sleep through it?!) to prep my tea & biscuits and catch all the action. If you plan on doing the same, know you're not alone. In solidarity, mates.
There's something about the color coral that makes me think of summer. During my habitual take-me-anywhere-but-here research, I came across The Coral Room, a cocktail bar in London's Bloomsbury Hotel designed by notable designer Martin Brudnizki - aka eye candy at its finest.
I was left ruminating on the color (and how I can get back to London ASAP), which conjures up images of tropical fruits, sunkissed skin, 50's era decor and Bahamian beach houses next to turquoise water. Ranging in shades from salmon to terracotta, it instantly brings warm, happy vibes to the viewer's eye. I hope it brings some of the same to your Wednesday.

Because when all else fails and you're hit with the ye' olde Monday mental barricade, just go back to trusty dusty blue and white.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - the Monday after a bachelorette party is bleak. But when that Monday also happens to be the Monday after Cinco de Mayo, things get darker. The obvious solution is to live in the past while trudging through the present. In other words, Happy Siete de Mayo!
